"Are bars missing from my chart?" Two simple indicators show you - MetaTrader 4 Script - MT4/MT5 Resources

I write this to help me visually find where the data is incomplete. It's not intended for publication, so what you see is what you get!

I'm happy for people to use them for personal (or even corporate) use, but I'd be pissed if someone decided to sell them.

This logic takes into account weekends (49 hours) but not public holidays. My broker uses CET time (no Sunday bars) so not sure how it works with US time.

A separate chart version displays an alert box on startup if a bar is missing - no need to hunt for the graph to check! The other lists messages in the "expert" log.

Note that the "Same Chart" indicator has 5 scissor sizes (bigger scissors = more missing data) and that as missing data increases, the bars of the individual charts are slightly taller.

Feel free to change the logic if you like!
