The Chande Momentum Oscillator (CMO), developed by Tushar Chande, is a technical indicator that attempts to capture momentum. Chandler discusses this indicator along with many others in his book The New Tech Trader: Boost Your Profits by Inserting the Latest Indicators . The CMO range is from -100 to 100. The +50 and -50 values ​​are assumed to be overbought and oversold conditions for the market.

The indicator uses the SmoothAlgorithms.mqh smoothing algorithm library (SmoothAlgorithms.mqh must be placed in the terminal data folder \MQL5\Include), described in the article "Average price series for intermediate calculations without using additional buffers" .
