Most forex brokers make money on the difference between the ask and bid price, otherwise known as the spread, which is the trader's entire trading cost.
It is crucial for traders, especially day traders, to trade with a broker that offers low spreads. However, the reality is that spreads often change on a daily basis, and brokers often do not offer spreads as tight as they advertise or promise. How to find out if your broker is honest or compare the spreads between brokers? Here, SpreadProbe is designed to benchmark for you.
The results are saved in files in the "experts\files" folder. It contains 3 columns: start time, end time, average spread of intervals. By default, the interval is set to 15.
