For traders who have mastered the art of COG trading, interpreting the Stochastic COG indicator should not be a problem. As you would expect, it appears to be ahead of COG on the chart.

COG is often misunderstood because it depicts (like the Zig Zag) a perfect past. With linear regression logic, it's generally a different story now. I personally don't use it for trading, but have noticed that it works as a very good overall trend channel style indicator. If you don't have much experience with COG style indicators, just Google the term and you will find several strategies being discussed on forums.
