Past Regression Divergence is an indicator composed of 7 parallel lines that form a price channel that can be used as support and resistance levels, as well as trend lines constructed to determine the direction of the current trend.
Past regression deviations provide a good indication of levels and can be used in strategies considering price breakouts or retracements from levels.
The indicator was first implemented in MQL4 and published in the code base of mql4.com on October 24, 2007.
