Many traders have difficulty using the standard BrainTrendSig1 (BTS1) because it gives many false signals. To solve this problem, it is necessary to use filters and load the chart with additional indicators. In this indicator, this problem is solved with the help of price time series used in the calculation of the JMA smoothed indicator.

As a result, the indicator becomes more stable. JMA smoothing significantly reduces the number of false signals. The system now treats such intervals as flat intervals. The system's sensitivity to market fluctuations can now be managed via the "Length_" parameter. The new indicator is a more reliable system compared to the traditional BTS1. It could even be called a trend following system.
