MaRsi-Trigger indicator fixes three states of financial assets. If the indicator value is equal to plus one, then it rises. If the indicator value is equal to minus one, then it is down. If the indicator value is equal to zero, it is flat. To form the signal, two moving averages and two RSI oscillators with different periods are used.
The indicator was first implemented in MQL4 and published in the code base of mql4.com on July 13, 2010.
