According to the authors, this is the best predictor. Oracles are more trustworthy than analysts. So whether it is or not, it is a controversial issue, but as far as the creative idea of repainting the indicator is concerned, it often disturbs the minds of certain sections of the trader community, so it is impossible to focus on this thorny topic. The indicator redraws the previous four bars!
In any case, the recount input parameters are added to the Expert Advisor. Code that allows disabling indicator conversion in closed bars is, in a sense, a bit over the top to see the actual status of the indicator in all closed bars, without redrawing.
The indicator was first implemented in MQL4 and published in the code base of mql4.com on April 5, 2010.
