Exp_VininI_Trend_LRMA - MetaTrader 5 Expert - MT4/MT5 Resources

The Exp_VininI_Trend_LRMA trading system is based on changes in the displayed trend direction VininI_Trend_LRMA indicator.

A signal is formed when the bar closes, depending on the signal forming algorithm selected using the input parameters:

 Enter AlgMode mode=BREAKDOWN; //Algorithm for entering the market

There are two possible variations of this algorithm:

In order to avoid triggering the EA volatility changes on the flat market, a volatility indicator must be added to this EA, the level of which determines whether there is enough trend power to open a position. Trade filtering is performed via the input parameters of this indicator:

 Input unit maximum trend level = 60 ; // Trend level sufficient to trade (range is 0/100)

Only transactions are filtered for entries, and no filtering is performed for exits.

Place VininI_Trend_LRMA.ex5 and ChangeOfVolatility.ex5 compiled files into terminal_data_folder\MQL5\Indicators.

Exp_VininI_Trend_LRMA_ Expert Advisor is the same Expert Advisor, but without using the volatility indicator!

The input parameters of the default Expert Advisor were used in the test shown below. Stop Loss and Take Profit were not used during testing.

FAQ

Can MT4 and MT5 be used interchangeably?
Usually cannot be used directly. EX4/MQ4 corresponds to MT4, EX5/MQ5 corresponds to MT5, and the source code needs to be compiled in the corresponding MetaEditor.

Is this resource guaranteed to be profitable?
cannot. EAs, indicators and scripts can only be used as trading tools, and the results depend on parameters, market environment, spreads, slippage and risk control.
