Moving averages, as well as any other indicator, can be calculated based on: 7 price constants only. The proposed modification of moving averages will allow the indicator to be calculated based on any combination of 4 basic prices (Close, Open, High, Low).

Therefore, traders can draw a moving average from any combination of 4 basic prices. If the coefficient is below or equal to zero, the appropriate price will not be used to calculate the individual price constant.
