Trend indicator with four states. The indicator provides an option to select the source indicator for detecting trends using the triggerType input parameter:
Strong trends color the histogram red and green, weak trends color the histogram light purple and blue. The iATR and iStdDev indicators are used to detect the strength of the trend.
The indicator was first implemented in MQL4 and published in the code base of mql4.com on March 12, 2008.
