It's based on a simple idea: Important news creates huge swings. It places two pending orders (Buy Stop and Sell Stop), if the Buy Stop order is activated, the Sell Stop order will be automatically deactivated and vice versa. Trailing stops will follow sudden moves. It works great! If the trade is successful, the position will be closed via Trailing Stop Loss or Take Profit, otherwise it will be closed via Stop Loss. The algorithm is very lightweight, which is very important when you are trading news.
Fully adjustable:
When you reuse it in an upcoming news release, you must compile the source code (F5) or it will not work because it is programmed to only send two pending orders at once.
5 seconds before the message is published, you must manually enable the EA
It is recommended to use a broker that does not widen the spread too much on important news, such as Alpari. Recommended trading variety: EURUSD. Time is not important, what is important is when the news is released.
Recommended trading news: NFP, GDP report, interest rate decision, inflation report, trade balance, manufacturing PMI.
