It was originally created as an alert indicator for unusually long shadow lines (candlestick shadows), however, it eventually evolved into a highly customizable indicator that is able to easily display the length of the candlestick shadow directly on the chart based on the trader's settings. You can use it to detect market anomalies (it supports various MetaTrader/cTrader alerts) or predict trend reversals.
