So far I have implemented 5 indicators and decided to combine 4 of them into one tool. The goal is to unify the interface of each tool by having a floating window and using each tool's lot size.
This Master_Info_EA.mq4 is optional, but if you want the Money Manager graphical tool , you need to download it.
The file sound.zip is optional, it contains the sound support resistance - tool , if you want to use it, please unzip it in your MetaTrader 4 "Sounds" directory. If you create cool sounds, please share them!
What we lose and what we gain compared to the original metric:
Explanation tool for each tool:
Description: Provides information to help you make better decisions.
Basic interface: always at the bottom and showing useful information.
Hide/Show: This interface can be hidden, just press "H".
Lot size: You can change the lot size using the + and - buttons, or using the shortcut keys "P" and "M". Point values will be recalculated. The lot size will be used for all other functions of other instruments.
Mouse click on the chart: If you click on the chart, you can get information about the mouse position. The price you clicked on, the point separating the actual price and the mouse position, the value of your currency. It is really useful to know the potential before making a trade.
Price & Date: By moving your mouse over the chart you can see the price and date, price information is useful for other tools.
Buy Swaps and Sell Swaps: If you need to take a long position, you can check out the swaps offered by your broker.
Countdown: Countdown to the next candle.
Spread: Spread information in pips and your currency.
Description: This tool will help you create support and resistance lines - with just a click of a key you can create lines with the desired color, shape and width. Each line provides information about the remaining points of the price, as well as the same information expressed in your currency. The tool automatically changes the color of the lines so you can easily see what's going on.
There are 2 lines at your disposal, with 2 different shortcut keys, A and Q by default. You can select all line options for each type of line.
This indicator will alert you when the price crosses this line. You can choose to activate smartphone notifications when you are away. I have a new option for the original tool where you can choose the sound of the alert. You have 6 sets of sounds, each with 2 sounds - one for turning support into resistance and a second for turning resistance into support, so you can drink coffee or read the news without missing important information. (If you use sounds, you should delete MetaTrader 4's default alert sounds.)
Why there are two lines: I use the first line as resistance and support and the second line as an alert. Sometimes pending orders can be difficult to place so when price reaches the second line I can make a decision without missing the window.
But you can use it in different ways: the first one for large resistance and support, the second one for small resistance and support.
Trendlines can be handled by scripts if you wish (don't be surprised if this is "yes" by default).
Interface: When creating a route, a new option will appear in the interface. For each line you can activate the alarm "A" button, you can show/hide the line, and you can change the sound. Personally, I use three different currencies, so I have different sounds for each currency. So even if I'm not looking at the screen I know what's going on.
Description: By clicking on "B" for buy or "S" for sell, you can see 3 lines: buy/sell line (at the mouse position), take profit line and stop loss line. You can move them around and see ratios, stop loss, take profit, risk directly. You can show/hide the target price and follow the price if you want to buy/sell directly, otherwise you will place a pending order. You can change the risk and lot size to see what happens. As you move the line or risk, the lot size will change to the optimal size. If you activate automated trading and enter Master_Tools_EA.mq4, the order button will appear.
Description: Simple button to change time range directly on the chart. You can also change the zoom ratio. The time frame for changing error charts is now over!
Description: You can see a grid in the background of the chart, you can choose the height of the points, you can choose the intensity of the colors, and you can see if the price is there.
Description: Draw a line of the previous day's closing price.
Description: Draws a simple pivot point R4 to S4.
Sell/Buy/Take Profit/Stop Loss Tags
Description: Added information to order lines, no more confusion due to moving the wrong take profit line.
