A regular moving average with some extra features.
It is useful for traders looking for the 20-day, 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day moving averages so they can see it without having to change the time frame. Additionally, a gap is added between epochs to make it easy to identify when a new epoch starts.
Below is an example of a 20-day exponential moving average applied to move +1 at the close of the day.
