The supply and demand mt5 indicator is the MetaTrader 5 version of this indicator, originally coded by eevviill7.

This version also adds a historical mode. Set the "Historical Mode" parameter to "true" and double-click on any point in the mt5 price chart to see the mt5 support and resistance areas for that point.

The mt5 supply and demand indicator is based on fractals, and the ATR indicator finds and draws mt5 support and resistance areas on the mt5 price chart. There are several types of zones:

• weak: important highs and lows in a trend
• untested: major turning points in a price chart that the price has not yet touched again
• verified: strong zones; chart price has touched them before but was unable to break them
• proven: A proven area that cannot be breached by at least four times the price
• broken: Chart prices break out of their area (does not apply to weak areas)

v1.1:

Fixed warnings when compiling code and errors when there are low bars in the chart.

I checked the zones for the MT4 version and they are the same.

v1.2:

Added historical mode (off/on in indicator settings input tab).

How to install the Forex Supply and Demand Indicator on your MT5 trading platform?

• Click the "LINK" button at the bottom of this article to download the mt5 indicator.
• Copy and paste the mt5 supply and demand indicator file into the folder of your Metatrader 5 platform: MQL5 > Indicators.
• You can open the folder via: File > Open Data Folder > MQL5 > Indicators.
• Restart your MT5 client.
• Select the chart and timeframe on which you want to test the indicator.
• Browse Custom Indicators in the Navigator, located on the left side of the MT5 platform.
• Right-click on shved_supply_and_demand_v1.2.mq5 and click "Attach to Chart".
• If necessary, you can change the settings and click OK.
• The mt5 indicator is ready and running on the charts.
