The Power Fuse RSX Forex Trading System is a hybrid technical indicator that is a combination of Bollinger Bands and MACD indicators layered on top of each other and displayed in a separate window below the price chart. Power Fuse indicator can be used on any time frame and currency pair

The implementation of the MACD indicator in this Forex system is presented in the form of blue, red and yellow dots:

• Blue dots – Record an uptrend in MACD
• Red Dots – Record MACD downtrend
• Yellow Dots – located at the zero value of the MACD, which is a dividing line between an uptrend and a downtrend
• Light blue lines – represent Bollinger Bands
• Red and Blue dashed lines – predict current market sentiment based on Bollinger Bands

Therefore, the line consisting of circles of different colors in the Power Fuse indicator is essentially no different from the MACD, but it is much more convenient to check its markers, since the standard version of the oscillator is drawn with a solid color, so the signal is hardly visible on it.

This Forex trading system can provide you with trading signals that you can do as is or add additional chart analysis as suggested to filter the signals further . • BandPeriod – This is the calculation period of Bollinger Bands;
• The fast, slow and smooth parameters are standard MACD settings.
• StdDevNumber – The number of standard deviations considered when constructing the BB channel;

The Power Fuse RSX indicator can be used on any Forex currency pair and other assets such as stocks, commodities, cryptocurrencies, precious metals, oil, gas, etc. You can also use it within any time frame that works best for you, From 15 minute chart to 4 hour chart. It works best on the H1 timeframe.

Buy

• RSX colors range from Pink to Light Blue .
• Heiken Ashi Change color Red to Green .
• PowerFuse_fix changes the color of the points from Red to Blue .

Sell

• RSX colors range from Light Blue to Pink .
• Heiken Ashi change color Green to Red .
• PowerFuse_fix changes the color of the points from Blue to Red .

OR

For the Buy signal Yellow dot is above the power fuse indicator and the upper limit of the histogram Blue and for the Sell signal Yellow dot is below the power fuse indicator and the lower limit Red of the histogram.

Exit the order when an opposing signal appears or use your own Stop Loss/Take Profit and exit the position. When placing an order, to be considered a signal, we recommend that the RSX histogram value should be below/above zero.
