FX Profitude Forex indicator is a no-redraw (arrow) and easy-to-use indicator for buy/sell signals . The system is based on four different indicators. The Forex Profit System is a trend following system. The system itself is quick to learn and very easy to implement. Even if you are completely new to trading.

The Forex Profitable Trading System can provide you with trading signals that you can keep as is or add additional chart analysis as suggested to further filter the signals . While the system can be used by traders of all experience levels, it may be helpful to practice trading on an MT4 demo account until you become consistent and confident enough to go online.

Indicators used in Forex Profit Indicators

The Forex Profit Indicator system uses four custom indicators:

  • The Array
  • The Arrows
  • The Validator
  • The Trend

The Array

This array is the main indicator of the Forex earnings system. This array will provide us with the trend direction and a buy or sell signal.

The array has two sides:

  • Leading edge. This is usually the edge closest to price.
  • trailing edge. This is usually the edge furthest from the price.

Uptrend:
The array will be green in an uptrend and the leading edge will be higher than the trailing edge. Price will pull into the array and a few lines will turn red, but as long as the trailing edge is green and the leading edge is above the trailing edge, the trend is up.
Downtrend:
The array is red in a downtrend and the leading edge will be lower than the trailing edge. Price will pull into the array and a few lines will turn green, but as long as the trailing edge is red and the leading edge is below the trailing edge, the trend is down.

The Array Phases

The array has two stages. When the array's colors are all the same, we're in the first stage; then, when the array's colors start switching, we're in the second stage.

This array has two stages:

  • The Ordered Phase.
  • disordered stage.

Ordered Phase:
The ordered phase is when all the lines of the array are the same color. We'll have a green array or an all-red array. While this is what we need to see when we have a signal, the array can last for more than one candle in this orderly phase.
Unordered Phase:
The disordered phase is when one or more lines in the array are a different color than the rest of the array. We can have just one line with a different color, or all but one line with a different color (and anything in between). This is important during trade setup.

The Arrows

Technically, the arrows are part of the array, but they provide different information. They will be part of the generated signal, but that is not what they are showing us.

Up arrow (green and below the price):
When the entire array turns green, we will see a green arrow appear below the price. This can happen due to a reversal or simply a pullback.
Down arrow (red and above price):
When the entire array turns red, we see a red arrow appear above the price. This can happen due to a reversal or simply a pullback.

If other indicators agree, the arrow will serve as an entry signal.

The Validator

Validator is a very short term trend indicator. It gives us an alternative picture of array indicators. With the validator we can see exactly whether the market is rising or falling candle by candle.

Bullish Trend:
When a green arrow appears on the chart, the validator should also be signaling green.
Bearish Trend:
When a red arrow appears on the chart, the validator should also be red when it signals.

The Trend

Trend indicators are how we know which direction to trade. This indicator will give you direction. The trend indicator is the first indicator we should focus on, as all other indicators need to be considered only in the direction of the trend.

Trend indicators are what we consider to be medium-term trends. The best opportunities arise when we pair trend indicators with array indicators.

Bullish Trend:
We will only be looking for buy trades when the trend indicator is green.
Other indicators will only be recognized in this direction.
Bearish Trend:
We will only be looking for sell trades when the trend indicator is red.
We want to use this indicator together with other indicators.

You can set up Forex Profit Indicators for MT4 to send you signal alerts via mobile notifications, emails and platform pop-ups . This is helpful because it means you don't have to stare at the chart all day long waiting for a signal to appear, and can monitor multiple charts at the same time.

This profit indicator can be used on any Forex currency pair and other assets such as stocks, commodities, cryptocurrencies, precious metals, oil, gas, etc.

Trading rules for the FXProfitude indicator

As always, to achieve good results, remember proper money management. To become a profitable trader, you must master discipline, emotions, and psychology. Knowing when to trade and when not to trade is crucial. Avoid trading during adverse times and market conditions, such as low volume/volatility conditions, outside of main trading hours, exotic currency pairs, wide spreads, etc.

Like most systems, Profitude works with almost any currency pair you are willing to trade. You want to stick mainly to higher timeframes such as 1 hour, 4 hour and daily if you don't have a regular trading schedule. If you can spare a few hours during your trading session to trade the London session, you can trade this system on lower time frames, such as 5 minutes and 15 minutes . These are great for scalping , but you want to trade during the London session. Outside of the London session, the market begins to wander, becoming directionless and moving very little.

Again, as with any system, dangerous news events that could move the market should be considered before placing any trades. You can find times and dates for these events on several online Forex calendars. Forex Factory has an excellent product that I personally use.
