The Volume Profile tool, also known as Horizontal Volume, uses a horizontal histogram to illustrate volume at each price within a specific time frame. Longer bars indicate higher trading volume at that price, while shorter bars indicate lower trading activity. Calculations in this indicator are performed in a simple way, allowing high-speed, lightweight execution.

To display the volume curve over a specific time interval, place the two vertical lines that appear after the indicator is executed at the beginning and end of the interval. Adjusting these lines will change the volume profile based on the selected interval.

When calculating using a lower timeframe, the indicator requires price data for that timeframe, which may not have been downloaded yet. The download may take some time, so be patient and drag and drop the vertical lines until the download is complete!
