Pinpoint EA is an automatic scalping MT4 EA that can be downloaded for free. It has a 94% win rate and has never lost more than two trades in a row in 17 years of testing GBP/USD and EURUSD.

It executes 2-5 transactions per day . It won't open more than one transaction at a time. Stop losses always protect all trades , but this is a big deal. It can trade using fixed lot sizes, or it can use automatic lots and automatically increase the trade size based on specified criteria.

Pinpoint EA seems safe at first glance, but when the stop loss is hit, it changes the lot size to cover the loss . If the stop loss is small, this won't be much of a problem, but in this EA case, it has a very big problem. The high TP-to-Sl ratio is set to around 1:18 by default. Therefore, if the stop loss is hit, the lot size of the next order will be increased by 18 times. If two orders hit their stops one after another, the numbers add up quickly and the next order will be 324 times larger than the first, the subsequent 5832 times, and so on (it has a maximum lot size limit; but it is still dangerous).

So this method is basically the martingale method with a very high multiplier. According to the developers, it has a win rate of 94% and has never had more than two losses in a row in 17 years. If this were true, then a lot of multipliers wouldn't be a big deal. I personally wouldn't believe it. Pinpoint EA has the ability to change these settings or turn them off in the input parameters. I recommend experimenting with these settings to find a less risky approach. Disabling the lot multiplier would be a good starting point.

After using this strategy for a long time, hits are inevitable. However, probability theory works in our favor as investments are regularly withdrawn. After the initial investment is withdrawn, this dangerous strategy immediately becomes break-even or even profitable.
