Flex Beggar EA is a free downloadable automated scalping Forex robot. It is designed to pick up a small number of points for less volatile time zones, suitable for so-called "morning scans".

It does not use dangerous trading methods such as martingale, grids, high-frequency trading and all transactions are always protected by SL. Additionally, Pips Eater EA only opens one trade at a time. The trading logic of this Expert Advisor is based on long-term forward direction and short-term reverse direction.

Please test in a demo account for at least a week first. Also, familiarize yourself and understand how this Flex Beggar robot works and then use it only on a real account.

Pips Eater EA input parameter explanation

  1. Regarding the lot size, we recommend that you refer to backtesting and set your margin appropriately for operation.
  2. This value is the value expected to be gained in profit, in practice it is almost always achieved with points greater than this value or with points less than this value.
  3. When you lose money, the Pips Eater robot does not always close the order at the number of pips specified here, the EA logic may reduce the loss at an early stage, but the EA will not let the loss pass. Be sure to specify a value greater than 0.0.
  4. When you make a profit, you will not necessarily get the number of points specified here. According to the logic of the EA, you may make a profit early. If you specify 0.0, only logical profit is obtained.
  5. When the spread exceeds this value, basically no new orders or settlements will be made. The recommended value is the currency pair's standard spread plus 0.1. If the forced settlement time has passed, a forced settlement will be performed regardless of this value.
  6. This is the unique identification number of this automated trading software (EA). When using it with other automated trading software (EA), please change the settings so that it does not conflict with the other EA's magic numbers.
  7. 1 corresponds to 0.1 points and 10 corresponds to 1.0 points. If orders such as requotes and order cancellations frequently fail under the default value, please consider increasing this value. Please note, however, that there may be adverse contracts.
  8. Specifies how strictly long-term ordering should be applied to transaction logic. It is applied strictly in the order of strong, medium, weak, and none, and tends to reduce the number of transactions. Please note that if not specified, long-term forward looking will not be considered and only short-term contrarian logic will be traded.
  9. The time-related parameters in Flex Beggar 2 are server time, not JST or UTC. If you do not understand the concept of server time, it is recommended that you do not adjust this parameter and use the default value. These parameters must meet the following conditions at the same time, otherwise the transaction will not be performed.
  • Parameters ending with H range from 0 to 23 - parameters ending with M range from 0 to 59. (hours and minutes)
  • -entryStartTime
  • -entryEndTime <force exit time
