Range Expansion Index (MetaTrader indicator) — is a relative oscillator that measures the speed of price changes and signals overbought/oversold conditions when prices show weakness or strength. It was developed by Tom DeMark and explained in his book The new science of technical analysis . The indicator value changes from -100 to +100. REI is a reinforced oscillator in that it attempts to stay calm during range trading and only signals when important peaks or bottoms are found. You can download this indicator for MT4 and MT5.
