Instead of simply plotting a single volume histogram bar, incoming volume can be plotted to describe the volume in the bar.
Rather than just showing the total volume per bar like a standard volume indicator, this indicator plots how volume changes on a tick-by-tick basis.
Therefore, this indicator provides a real-time view of volumetric pressure. If the bar chart has higher price movement activity, the histogram will show an increasing trend and expand in size. If market volume is weak, the histogram will show weaker peaks.
This creates a linear progression of the tick volume over the tick time, visualizing the volume accumulation of individual bars in a different way.
It can be used for:
Detect sudden volume surges in real time.
Track changes in market microstructure.
Understand the volume accumulation during bar formation.
Absorption or exhaustion is found (if volume surges but price moves little).
