To avoid placing trades after the price has gone too far out of the range, a time filter has been introduced whereby if the price remains above the high or below the low for more than 75 minutes, the trade will be marked as invalid.

The most important thing is to specify your own broker's GMT offset time and the date to switch from daylight saving time to winter time (or vice versa). Since the strategy is based on local New York time, any error in it could negate the effect of the entire strategy.
