Previous Day Highs and Lows - MetaTrader 5 Script | Forex Indicators Download - MT4/MT5 Resources

This Previous Day High Low indicator automatically marks the previous trading day's high, low and closing prices directly on the chart. Each day's levels are drawn as clear horizontal lines within their range for the day, providing traders with an instant visual reference of the previous trading day's price ceiling and support locations. Yesterday's line extends to the right of today's chart and serves as a live reference level.
The concept behind this indicator is one of the most basic ideas in professional trading: the previous day's levels act as natural support and resistance. Market makers, banks, and institutional traders all know where yesterday's highs and lows were, and prices often react at these levels. Labeling them clearly eliminates the need for manual analysis every morning and keeps the chart clean and focused.
The indicator plots up to 50 days of historical levels, with each historical level contained within its own day. Yesterday's lines were solid and extended to the right, so they are still visible as today's price develops. A dotted line style was used in the past to differentiate it from the latest reference levels. Optional alerts are triggered daily when price touches any of yesterday's key levels.
Apply the indicator to any Forex pair on any time frame. These levels are read directly from within the daily time frame, so they are accurate regardless of the time frame of the chart you are viewing. The recommended time frame is H1 or H4 to get the clearest picture of how the price interacts with the previous day's levels.
