RSI multi-level kiawosch 7-14-42 indicator overview
The RSI Multilevel Kiawosch 7-14-42 indicator analyzes price momentum by synchronizing three Relative Strength Index (RSI) periods (7, 14, and 42).
The structure presents short-term, medium-term and structural market moments within a single framework, shifting the focus of analysis from the traditional numerical level to the behavioral realm.
In this system, each RSI cycle plays a different role:
- RSI cycle 7 serves as the main reaction factor and quickly reflects short-term buying and selling pressure;
- RSI Period 14 acts as a medium-term momentum filter, defining the quality and sustainability of current price movements;
- RSI Period 42 represents the dominant structural momentum that determines price position within the broader market cycle.
Indicator Behavior in Bullish Trends
In the chart below, a buy signal is generated when the RSI 7 enters the bullish high potential zone and the price forms a new trendline. High relative to the previous market structure.
This correction signals positive momentum and the market's ability to continue moving higher after a limited correction. After RSI 7 enters the high-potential zone, prices typically undergo a short-term correction and the RSI shifts to the medium-potential zone.
If the structure of higher highs and higher lows remains, and the RSI 7 once again rotates upward from the mid-range, there is a strong possibility that the bullish trend will continue.
Note: RSI 14 must remain above the mid-range to confirm momentum quality. The alignment of RSI 42 with price direction further enhances the structural validity of the buy signal and helps prevent premature entry.

Indicator behavior in bearish trends
In the bearish case, the sell signal is activated when RSI 7 enters the bearish high zone and the price simultaneously makes new lows in the market structure. This situation reflects active selling pressure and the market's ability to continue declining after limited pullbacks.
RSI 7 usually exits the high potential area and moves towards the medium potential area. If the price fails to recover the previous highs or lows and the RSI rotates downwards continuing the bearish move becomes the main scenario again.
