Fractal break trading system - MT4/MT5 resources
Okay, this is one of the ideas I came up with as an EA.
The code is open for you to review and test.
Ea works as follows:
method:
0 = SMA,
1 = Exponential Moving Average
2=SMMA
3=LWMA
Applies to:
0 = closing price
1 = open
2 = high
3 = low
4 = median(HL/2)
5 = typical (HLC/3)
6 = Weighted (HLCC/4)
Available for purchase . We start the trade and look at the 2 recently confirmed upward fractals that formed on the chart. If the last fractal is lower than the previous one, then we are ready for the trade. When the moving average breaks the line connecting these fractals, we go long. We will close the trade if we hit our take profit target, or if the opposite trade is opened, or if we hit our stop loss
