I opened an Oanda demo – $100,000 CAD
I will make two trades a day for 10 days - so I will make 20 trades
Place a trade before 8 a.m. (Monday morning to Friday morning)
Make a trade after 8pm (Sunday night to Thursday night)
I will invest 1% on each trade - ( )
Set and forget the trade until you win or lose.
Find deals
A. Find the pair. Use mold
1 or 2 if used is eurusd and will terminate transactions using usdchf (reverse)
3 or 4 audusd will kill transactions using nzdusd if used
5 or 6 gpbusd If used, will kill transactions using usdcad (reverse)
B. Buy or sell. Use mold
1, 2 or 3 buy
4, 5 or 6 sell
Target 158 pips (8 pips is to cover the spread over the entry average of 2 pips per trade)
Stop loss 50 pips
I need a 25% win rate to break even - anything more is a win
– I think my win rate will be higher than 33%, so I should make some money.
The power of RRR is 3 profit targets and 1 stop loss...if you win % in 20 trades
Number of winning trades x 158 = points Number of losing trades x 50 = points
= Total points – Spread 40 points
= Total points after spread
25% win - 5 out of 20 points
5 x 158 = 790
15 x 50 = 750
= 40 pips – the spread is 40 pips
= 0 points
33% wins - 6 out of 20
6x158 = 948
14x50 = 700
= 248 pips – 40 pips spread is
= 208 points
40% win - 8 out of 20
8 x 158 = 1264
12x50=600
= 664 pips – the spread of 40 pips is
= 624 points
50% win - 10 out of 20
10 x 158 = 1580
10x50=500
= 1080 pips – a spread of 40 pips is
= 1040 points
The market is crazy but the summer is also slow so not sure what to expect
Every time I make a trade I post -
trade
***** (This should have been a winner as it was 10 points above target - but that was 4x
Trade 4 Tue Jul 24 6:55 AM Usdchf – Short 0.9932 (Dice 1 and 3)
Trade Wed Jul 25 9:05 PM gbpusd – Long 1.5922 (Dice 6 and 2)
An epic fail as my son would say haha
