'Snap Crackle Pip' System - MT4/MT5 Resources

So a while ago I started trading a system that allowed me to combine a very simple hourly trend with 2 EMAs. I have to preface this now, I started with Popcorn EA (thanks to all of us for leveraging). I changed the parameters slightly and decided to use the 18 and 45 EMA crossover system. No sentiment, no other indicators. I haven't written an EA for this yet, but it does run an indicator that sounds an audible alert and sends an email. Emails and alerts are sent after the bar is over and can be changed to suit personal preferences. I do go long when the email tells me to, and short when the time comes. Like I said, no emotion whatsoever. This is where you come in. At this point, the indicator is programmed and sends emails just fine, but it sends one email per bar. This means every hour. Not too annoying, but fixable, and without help from programming I'm confused. I've attached a sample setup that shows pink and blue arrows on the chart when sending an email. I haven't tested this on sub-1 hour timescales because frankly I don't like that many settings. I think the 18 and 45 EMA complement each other well and don't give too many see-saw entries. That being said, this is a trend indicator that can build pips for several days, do not short trade unless you are exiting because the tide has turned and you need to close your position and enter in the opposite direction. I have used most of the majors and have not found any to be more stable and successful than the others. Regardless, it will come down to personal preference. Would anyone like to try a live trading EA or real backtesting?
