Hey everyone. I've got these things figured out. We all spend a lot of time studying the whole Forex theory. Before I begin, I would like to introduce myself. I am a very young graduate student from Toronto, Canada. Born in Africa. Now in East New York. You wouldn't expect someone like me to come up with this amazing strategy. Well, I didn't. I used other people's ideas to formulate this system and it has proven to be 90-95% accurate if the trades are correct.

Before we continue, I want to highlight some key points.
I trade longer time frames. Especially 4h TF and Daily. I believe these two timeframes are the best of all because you can catch most of the moves in a trend without having to sit in front of your computer all day. Weekly is not bad, but there are certain days when one should not trade a certain direction or trend just because of lack of volume. What I discovered is this. Recently, E/U and G/U have been in a downtrend for weeks and months, but we still have to enter its trades on the right days to maximize our profits. Take the entire month as an example. During this downtrend, bulls dominated Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Recently, E/U and G/U have been trading in a bear market. But if you look, you will see that Sunday into Tuesday was dominated by the opponent (Bulls). That’s not entirely true, but it’s true enough to prevent me from taking a long-term stance on those days. So I started to realize that the bears usually start taking over from Wednesday to Thursday night or Friday morning. Therefore, I hold positions from the appropriate time on Wednesday until Thursday night or Friday morning. After a few weeks, I ended up earning 200 points or more on G/U or E/U.
Now let’s get to the point:
I use the Slope Direction Line Indicator. Set one to 80,3 and the other to 14,3. Second, use RSI 14 and set the level to 50.
Finally, and this is the core of it all, use the Average Directional Movement Index (ADX) indicator. (Make sure you understand how to use this indicator. Set it to 14 periods and level 25.

Works with all TFs and currencies.
But best used with E/U and GU. I highly recommend these two currencies because they are stable.

4-hour TF trading example:
Rule: Long position
1. Check trends daily. If the diagonal line (12) is blue and has crossed 80 (blue), the trend is up. "(I use red and blue)".
2. Now we look at the 4 hour time frame and wait for 12 (blue) to cross upwards above 80 (blue).
3. Now let's watch the ADX and make sure it moves up above the 20 level.
4. Finally, we look at the RSI and make sure it is above the 50 level.
Then we take a stand.

In short: vice versa, but again I'll explain it to all those right brain dominant people out there who are not good at taking instructions.
1. Check trends daily. If the slope line (12) is red and crosses 80 (red), the trend is upward.
2. Now we look at the 4 hour time frame and wait for 12 (red) to cross upward above 80 (red).
3. Now let's watch the ADX and make sure it moves up above the 20 level.
4. Finally, we look at the RSI and make sure it is below the 50 level.
Then we take a stand.

The target is 100 pips at a time, or you can get 200 pips directly on each of the 2 currency pairs mentioned above (EU, GU) (Wednesday - Friday), why? Because volume peaks during these days and then tapers off at noon on Friday.

I use the Vegas 4 hour funnel chart and/or his daily Fibonacci chart as support and resistance. I use it as my TP. So for my accuracy please use this. Another option is to use a "center of gravity indicator."

Tip: ADX lets us know how far the swing has moved. If the ADX almost reaches a "ceiling" or is above 50-60, and starts to decline, it means the market is range-bound. This means that if ADX falls, we should not trade TF. However, if you look at the shorter timeframe, you will see an increase in ADX. You can trade these timeframes by confirming the next higher TF, but I do not recommend trading TFs less than 1 hour. Personally I think 4 hours and daily is the best. But please learn to use ADX! ! Backtest and demo to learn how to actually read the ADX indicator.

Personally, I have come to realize that short time frames should be used for precision positioning rather than trading. We should always trade longer TFs because it is easier. Minimize your lot size to be able to trade 4 hour or daily TF.

Therefore, as long as our strategy meets our criteria, we should take the following TF positions. So I usually wait until everything is ready for the 4 hour and daily before I get in position on the 1 hour TF. The reason is that sometimes my strategy will be ready for me on the 4 hour, but when I look at the 1 hour, I see it's range movement, which means if I take a position, I may be in the trade for a while before going my way. So if you want to minimize SL and get the most accurate input, I'd recommend going ahead and checking out TF to see if everything is set up the way you want. Even until 1Min TF. That's a lot of time. I only take spots in 1 hour or max 30 minute TF. However, I trade positions based on 4 hours.

The last word. I say it again! Trading begins on Wednesday. If you want to avoid publishing the final news of the week between the London open and the US open, do it before Friday morning or Thursday evening.

Below are links to metrics that don't yet exist in your platform. I know that MT4 already has ADX and RSI built in.

Sorry I can't attach all indicators. Very very busy. Graduate school, jobs, and trades. WF.

Everything is possible. I have been studying Forex for less than a year, but I already feel like a professional. I know this takes people many, many years, but a few months ago I was a young student with no responsibility to learn, learn, learn. 5 hours a day. I'm crazy. But it's all worth it.
One last thing. Always trade with the trend. They support you!
If you use MM and trade this system correctly, the only drawback I can think of is having to face trend reversals. (i.e. the last trend reversal was in December 2009).

So please give some advice from experts. Teach me how to detect trend reversals.

If you can help improve this 90%+ system, please let me know. Hopefully our goal is to reach 98% or even 99%. However, we will never reach the "Holy Grail" state with 100% accuracy. Ha ha

Take care of yourself,

God bless

Aim for profits like Warren Buffett and Jamie Dimon!

Special thanks to "Ronald Raygun", who contributed to this idea, to "emtrader", who introduced me to the correct use of the "Slash Indicator", and finally, to "Mr. Vegas" for his indicator and "TCMM" from Canada. I also had help along the way from a trader/friend with 14 years of experience. Thank you all. Let's work together.

Great minds are all alike.
