There are two conditions for entry.

1. Basic introduction

Buy: 5/8 Ma Upward DiNapoli Tosh Bullish Cross
MomentumVT above 0 level
QQE reminder up

Sell: 5/8 MA Downward Crossover DiNapoli Tosh Bearish Cross
MomentumVT is below 0
QQE reminder facing down

Update <br> Since I find that moving averages often react fairly quickly to price action, I decided to add a filter on exit.
Exit: The QQE alert and the 5/8 Ema cross both signal opposite directions, then exit. They don't have to signal at the same time, but you may not exit until both of them signal to exit.

2.Reentry

Assuming we miss a basic setup and want to enter a trade after the setup occurs, these are the conditions that must be met:

Buy: Make sure all indicators are moving in the buy direction. DiNapoli stock was allowed to enter a sell position and then enter a buy position when it also turned in a buy direction. Note any support or resistance levels or any pivot points close to the current price. Enter when DiNapoli stock crosses over to Buy.

Selling: Opposite of buying.

Exit: Stop loss 20 pips, or take profit 20 or 30 pips. Whichever one hits first wins. I also use a 20 pip trailing stop.

I don't open new positions when big news comes out. If I'm already in a trade and big news is coming, I'll exit the trade if my profit is below 30 pips. But if my profit exceeds 30 pips, I leave 20 pips, lock in the rest, and then trail my stop loss with a 20 pip trailing stop. This is how I personally process news, other suggestions are welcome.

The purpose of this thread is to improve the strategy and build expert advisors. You can also add a time range filter.
