Tenkan-sen Breakout/Reversal Project
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello everyone.
This is far from a mechanical system, but it is very basic.
Basically trade the turnaround line on a rebound or breakout The line is separate from Takashi Ichimoku Kaneko. Really just basic PA reading
According to investopiadia, non-cloud things/lines are defined and explained as follows
"
Definition of 'Tenkan-Sen'
The midpoint between the highest and lowest prices for a particular security, calculated over the last nine periods. The Tenkan-Sen line is a conversion line used exclusively on the Ichimoku Kinko Hyo (or Ichimoku Cloud) equilibrium chart. Along with the 26-period moving average Kijun-Sen, it is one of the two moving averages shown in the chart.
This line is calculated using the following formula:

The resulting line is interpreted in the same way as a short-term moving average.
Also known as the "Tenkan-Sen Line" or simply the "Tenkan Line".
Investopedia explains "Tenkan-Sen"
Tenkan-Sen is often used in conjunction with Kijun-Sen to create predictions of future momentum. When the Tenkan-Sen line moves above the Kijun-Sen line, a buy signal is created, while when the Tenkan-Sen line moves below the Kijun-Sen line, a sell signal is created.
Many technical traders use Tenkan-Sen as a tool to predict the levels at which asset prices will find short-term support.
When reading the Ichimoku Kinko Hyo chart, investors should note that the Tenkan-Sen line leads the Kijun-Sen and allows for more sensitive price tracking since it covers a shorter time period. When the Tenkan-Sen line crosses the Kijun-Sen line and moves above the Kijun-Sen line, it is generally considered a bullish signal. Alternatively, when the Tenkan-Sen line crosses below the Kijun-Sen line, it is considered a bearish signal.

Quit prematurely, just need to pick it up and show examples
Ideal transaction/day
I've been toying with this idea for a while and will now take a closer look at it and do some forward testing.
I will add indicators, pivots, etc. in the future if needed. Now just focus on the yellow line
Please provide some help if you can......
Does anyone know of something similar that has explored this option? (Transaction without Cloud)

rule
Don't be an idiot who comes here to debate ideas or systems (this is not a let's debate/argument thread)
Please post clearly labeled entry and exit charts
Hopefully I won't have to add any more rules. I mean we are all adults aren't we. All that is required is basic respect.

If you do make a trade or have an idea, please post. :nerd:
Good luck and happy flaps
