Hello everyone. My name is Vijay. I'm here to share my system with you all. This thread is where I started with the 4 hour chart. I'm still developing this system. I'm very impressed with the eitan project and it gave me some ideas about trading on the 4 hour chart. Therefore, if we trade using the 4-hour chart, there will be less tension and more relaxation during long-term Forex trading. We don’t need to keep an eye on the market.

Let me get straight to the point, I developed this using the GBPJPY currency pair. I believe this system will work on major currency pairs. (Still applies to other currency pairs). This system is a reversal trading system. This means we catch trends earlier. This means large take profit and smaller stop loss levels.

The indicators I used here are Semaphore, AOAC Alert, Daily Open Line, Trend Detector and Moving Average 3 and 9

Long entry rules

1. The trend indi must be yellow first and then red

2. AOAC alert must be green

3. Green candlestick

4. The closing price of the candle is above at least one of the moving averages

Optional: You can avoid going long if the price difference between the opening and closing prices of the signal candlestick exceeds 500 pips (3 digits gbpjpy)

Sell entry rules

1. Trendy indi must first be yellow and then blue

2. AOAC alert must be red

3.Red candlestick

4. The closing price of the candle is below at least one of the moving averages

Optional: You can avoid shorting if the price difference between the opening and closing prices of the signal candlestick exceeds 500 pips (3 digits gbpjpy)

Stop loss rules

(Wait until the candle closes. If the candle closes below the signal volume, we can close the position. Don't worry about how much we will lose. Be patient.)

1. The last semaphore is low

2. Previous volatility lows

Additional information for a safe exit is just a matter of observing candle closes on the 4-hour chart. it's important

After buying

1. After a few candles check all the things I mentioned below

a) aoac turns gray or red with a red candlestick (closing price), the moving average has not yet crossed the trend surface

b) The trend indi turns red, the red candlestick (closing price), the moving average has not yet crossed the trend surface

Exit the transaction if any of them match

After you sell your entry

1. After a few candles check all the things I mentioned below

a) aoac turns gray or green with a green candlestick (closing price), the moving average has not crossed to the trend level yet

b) The trend indi turns blue with a green candlestick (closing price), the moving average has not yet crossed the trend surface

Exit the transaction if any of them match

profit level

I see a lot of people struggling at the exit level. I explain it very clearly here.

Occupy two positions with good mm. We calculate the price difference between the opening price of the entry candle and the closing price of the last semaphore.

Exit the first batch at a ratio of 1:1

Exit the second batch at a ratio of 1:2

Additional instructions for exiting the trade:

Exit immediately when the following rules are true and the moving averages do not cross each other

1) If you see a red signal point at the close of the candle, exit all positions

2) aoac turns green (sell) or red (buy) (not gray)

3) Trend indi turns blue (sell) or red (buy) (not gray)

4) The candle closes below (buy) or above (sell)

If anyone encounters the exit location

If I missed something I'll post it later.
All suggestions and questions are welcome at any time.

NOTE: I am still developing for trading in the middle of a trend. I'll post it later.
