Trading hard - EMA-based system
Today I wanted to post a strategy that obviously uses many people's indicators, but should be the key to making trades..
There are several variables to consider when opening a position, I think the strength of the trend should be one of the most important variables, so I wanted to design a strategy based on this principle that worked for me not so long ago.
I am one of those people who believe that when making a trade, one should do actual analysis and not complicate it with many variables because there are so many variables and in the end we won't have a clear idea of what we want. What if you need to follow certain rules and go deep into the market?
Indicators: Advanced ADX (13), Adjusted ADX (13) and EMA 21 pages.
Buy: When the price crosses the 21-period EMA from bottom to top and the bar closes above the EMA.
Advanced ADX is green, normal ADX has a positive slope, above the 20 level, here is the key to trading, if the trend strength does not exceed the 20 or 25 level, it is almost certain that the price will not move in the desired direction.
Sell: ADX breaks above the red sloping ADX common level of 20 when price crosses the 21 EMA from top to bottom.
You will understand better through graphics.
Off: When advanced ADX is used, the color is changed, and the slope of ordinary ADX becomes negative. Or it can manage trades by trailing stop, ATR size.
The system works on all currency pairs and the timeframe is daily and weekly.
