Hans System | Foreign exchange EA download-MT4/MT5 resources-MetaTrader 5 resources
I'm sure some of you have heard of and are using the Hans Breakout system. This is in another forum. It was launched last year and is still going strong. Hans has kept the system unchanged from the day it was first introduced.
I believe every Forex forum should have a Hans System theme.
If you are using this system, please post the results.
Thanks
This is the system:

A simple combination breakout system for EUR/USD and GBP/USD that works great
<HR style="COLOR: #ffffff" SIZE=1><!-- / Icon and Title--><!-- Message--> Simple combo breakout system for EUR/USD and GBP/USD
- EUR/USD and GBP/USD highs and lows determined at 06.00 CET – 10.00 CET
- Determine the 10.00 CET – 14.00 CET high and low for EUR/USD and GBP/USD
- For both timeframes and two currencies, set BuyStop to High + 5 pips and SellStop to Low - 5 pips
- EUR/USD entry target price + 80 pips, GBP/USD entry price target + 120 pips
- Set a stop loss on entry - 50 pips for EUR/USD and 70 pips for GBP/USD. If the other side of the breakout is within 50 pips of EUR/USD or 70 pips of GBP/USD, the stop loss will be that level (long trade: SL = Low Range - 5 pips = SellStop; short trade: SL = High Range + 5 pips = BuyStop)
- Move stop loss to breakeven after EUR/USD rises 30 pips and GBP/USD rises 40 pips
- If a position is taken and the price turns against you and it breaks out to the other side of the breakout channel, then turn. If the breakout channel is wider, then the stop loss will be hit first. If the breakout channel is narrow, stopping then hitting the other side means you have to switch your position. Only one round can be played per time frame
- At 24:00 CET, all orders expire and all trades are closed on the market. We will do the same thing on Friday at 23:00 CET.
This link shows the time in every major city in the world: www.qlock.com . I'm using CET time (Amsterdam, Frankfurt).
