The SIBKIS system is a great system. It requires low maintenance, quick setup, and weekly monitoring! Furthermore, it was a good winning system, with profits of up to 800 pips from February 2007 to August 2007, while trading only one pair, namely GBPUSD.
The settings for sibkis are as follows:
rule
1 - Like other systems, Monday is closed.
2 - There is a 110 pip block on the chart this week from Tuesday (easier to see as shown in the attached chart.
3 - Place buy and sell positions at breakout points.
4 - When one of them triggers, the other becomes stop loss (so 110 pips)
5 - Add reverse in case the first transaction fails.
6 - Once the trade starts, leave it alone and let it play out until it closes on Friday night.
7 - Remember that if the reverse trade triggers, you will need to set a stop loss of 110 pips.
8- Once profit +100 pips, change stop loss to breakeven intervention:
The only intervention I make, besides setting the original trigger points, adding reverse trades and adding new stops if needed, is when there are important US data (NFP etc.) on Friday, say at 3pm, I remove the original stop loss of 2.50 and set the stop loss 30 pips away from the current market price to prevent any big reversals.
This system is pretty much the indicator-less system I've ever used.
