I made my own system from scratch. It doesn't tell you when to buy and sell, nor does it have any signals. It is not predictive (e.g. head and shoulders, neural networks, etc.) but rather exploits specific patterns in the chart. When the chart appears and you enter, you make dollars.

The way it works is that you always enter the market with a leverage of 400:1 on $1000. I prefer the NZD/JPY pair because the margin per mini contract is only 1.67.

What you want to do is go long 83 contracts. Margin call for 83 contracts is -100 (with spread -109). When you have gained 100 points (91 pips), you buy 68 more contracts.

The benefit is that you can use the profits from your first trade to buy more contracts instead of closing it. The first "leg" remains open to continue taking profits.

The effect of buying more contracts brings your margin call to -109 again, and you can maintain a swing of up to 199 pips because you will buy more contracts at +91. In other words, after buying 68 contracts, the price can rise 90 points and then fall 180 points, and your transaction will still be valid.

If you could compound interest repeatedly (like Q1 NZD/JPY), you could turn $1,000 into $1,000,000 in a single trade. It takes about 1100 pips to do this, and no more than 200 pips of reversal at any time.

The downside is that you will lose $800 on the first margin call. After 4 trades, the position margin is greater than $1000, so the margin call is a profitable trade. Maximum risk: $800.

PS) I like the potential of this idea, but better risk management is needed. All ideas welcome.
