4H Strategy with RSX and Murray Math

author EAcpu | 5 reads | 0 comments |
Hi everyone, I would like to share my trading strategy.
I use it with GBPJPY, USDCHF and GBPUSD. It doesn't perform well compared to other pairings.

I use these indicators:

- 5 SMA
- 50 Exponential Moving Average
- Murray Mathematics Level
-RSX
- MA of RSX
- Semafor Alert Final Draft 3

You can find them in this article.

The 5 SME and 50 EMA are only used to find support/resistance levels that can change the trend.
RSX is used to identify overbought/oversold conditions (using 80 levels). The same goes for Final Draft 3 Semafor Alert.

The time frame used is 4H. Watch out for other timeframes as they don't perform as well.
When your RSX is overbought/oversold, the signal from Final Draft 3 looks for the nearest Murrey Math Level to go short/long.

Attached you will find some pictures to understand how it works.

Note --> To use this system, you must pay attention to money management. We use a 4 hour time frame, so you may have some retracements. I use this simple system:

Lot size = Equity / 10.000

For example, if the equity is $1.000, I will go short/long 0.1 lots.

You can find me in this post or on my blog or, if you are Italian, the Sumio Blog.
