1H Cubicle Breakout System - MT4/MT5 Resources
Total visual update 25th August @ 20:00 GMT
I have deleted the "first version" of the system. This is update two
Please open a new .zip file of your current settings (screenshot of my settings attached)
The trading principles are the same...the only thing that has changed is the support for visual/confirmation indicators.
I added the Snake Meter because it provides a real-time multi-timeframe color signal...for example. I only trade on 1H when 4H is the same color.
I added the Waddah Attar trend because it is much better than the AO... when used as a signal arrow to confirm indy it will eliminate false trades.
Currency Pairs: GBP/USD Now... GBP/JPY Future Time Frame: 1 Hour Update ******** Stop Loss Now: The fractal before the entry candle, or in other words, the level you use to drag the Fibonacci chart to ********
Update: August 25th I've gotten rid of the AO and added the Waddah Attar Trend Meter..very accurate and no need to redraw.
How to use it:
After entering a trade after a signal candle breakout, use the corresponding WAT color bar to confirm the trade trend.
What's this:
1. The 1H Breakout Strategy is a price action/Fibonacci based trading strategy.
2. Simple, repeatable mechanical trading system
3. Specific and certain profits can be achieved through templates applied by traders
What this is not:
1. Holy Grail
2. A trading system with rich indicators and dense users
3. Scalping system with specific point goals (exit with +5 or +10 points)
Why do I do this:
I would like to improve my trade execution sequence by having a better way of exiting the trade after hitting the 161.8 level (see list). (Trailing stop loss experiment)
What you get by doing this:
You will gain confidence through practice and mastering the mechanical thought process and trade execution sequence. You will learn how Fibonacci affects all trading, plus you will learn to control greed and master patience.
The simplest thing about my system:
It can be applied using a simple checklist that allows zero user input...just follow the process steps in order.
The hardest thing about my system:
You will trade short/medium/long duration, all of which are completely out of your control...you have to wait to reach your target.
Oh yes, stop loss is at least 150 pips from your entry point.
The most important things to remember are:
Believe in trading and stick with it until you reach your goal.
concept:
By utilizing ScalperSignal alerts based on PA and MA correlations, the 1H Cubicle breakout strategy triggers trades with a profit level of 161.8 once entry criteria are met, 80% of the time GBP/USD. (More pairings are being tested)

The "secret" of the Fib plot is in the documentation, along with all settings and other information. Please download the .zip, it will contain everything you need. Includes my template.
I hope my explanation with images/words will satisfy any reader's question. If you do have a question, please post it here...and please don't PM me! ! ! ! Thanks.

Probability analysis:
Therefore, there is a 5% chance that we will only hit 138.2 Fib
We have an 80% chance of reaching 161.8
We have a 45% chance of reaching 261.8
There is a 15% chance that we will not reach any level, including 138.2 (complete failure)
I think these odds are pretty good.
The maximum drop before hitting 161.8 or 261.8 was -150 points.
I would say on any trade you need a 200 pip stop loss! I know, I know...crazy...but look at the odds.
There were only 2 drops of more than 100 points before hitting 161.8/261.8... so the temporary pain was worth it.
Just set the TP level and forget it.
The average trading point profit is @ 40 pips (low average)...so from May 1, 2009 to today...the net profit for one pair is 5,400 pips.
