The idea was born only 5 weeks ago

It was inspired by my ongoing struggle to have a system that only trades once a day

My main system is working fine and this gives me the opportunity to fund other accounts

I must stress that all my trades are with spread betting companies, which I rotate sequentially. I feel like this gives me more shade to hide in.

This system uses the 1 minute chart of EURUSD, I haven't tried it with other swaps yet

The basics are

1. We use a mechanical process to identify trends from the opening of the Euro to the opening of the UK
2. Then we use 2 indicators to determine the best entry time
3. We always take 5% of the account as stop loss risk
4. We always set the target price to 3 times the stop loss

So our risk reward is 3:1

We can have 4 losers and 1 winner in any given week and the account only drops 5%

We can have 3 losers and 2 winners with a gain of 15% on the account

I made 25 trades in the last 5 weeks

15 winners
10 losers

The winner gave me a gain of 225% and the loser cost me 50%

Overall return without money management gave me 175%

My actual return using money management is 488%

I'll try to post the rules and diagrams tomorrow afternoon..but keep in mind I only have 5 weeks of results
