Simple scalp machine
Currency Pairs: All (probably better to choose these slightly spread out ones)
Time range: (30 seconds), M1, M5
Indicators: wellxAMA, Bollinger Bands, Pivot Points
Indicator settings: wellxAMA: 9, 2, 30, 2.0, 2.0, Bollinger Bands: 20, 2
Stop Loss: Stop losses can be set based on common, well-known instructions.
WellxAMA Rules:
1. As long as the dots are of the same color - the current trend will continue.
2. Whenever the wellxAMA point changes color - the trend becomes opposite.
3. If wellxAMA draws a new point on each new chart candlestick - the market is trending.
4. Whenever a point is missing, it indicates that the market is moving sideways.
(On the monitor you can see an empty thin red line extending with several consecutive candlesticks) - This indicates that the trend is pausing and we may encounter range-limiting conditions in the future.
5. What direction should be followed when wellxAMA points are missing? Sticking to previous trend direction = previous wellxAMA point color before range occurred.
6. If you trade when wellxAMA starts to move, consider tightening your stop loss. If you haven't started trading yet - you may want to wait and see until the trend resumes.
Learn to identify trends and range market conditions <br> One way to differentiate between range conditions and trends is to look at the WellxAMA indicator. It allows us to adapt our strategies to current market conditions. If the WellxAMA indicator shows dots of the same color, it means that the current trend is continuing.
