Lolpie's Simple System - MT4/MT5 Resources
Hey guys,
I manually backtested my system on the EURUSD H4 timeframe. The result is as follows:
Trading time: 12/13/2007 - 09/24/2008
254 trades - 87% win rate
Starting balance $500
Ending balance $108319.70
The system uses two indicators - Awesome Oscillator and ADX Crosses:
Buy when both indicators are green and sell when both indicators are red
Close the trade when the ADX cross gives the opposite signal. It doesn't matter what the AO color is. There is no take profit or stop loss (!!). So basically, once the indicator trades with you, if there is a trend, go with the trend until the ADX cross gives a reverse signal.
MM - 0.1 lot per 100 USD, leverage 200:1. Yes, it's risky.
I followed these rules exactly and turned a $500 account into about $100,000. I hope that by posting here the system can be improved further with the help of the community and someone can make an EA for it since I am in school right now so I can't check the chart every 4 hours
