Breakout EA on Monday/Tuesday

This thread is specifically for my EA that implements a simple Monday-Tuesday breakout strategy; the setup, results, and of course problems you may encounter.

1. This thread has nothing to do with the strategy itself (see above).
2. I won't write an EA for you, so please don't ask.
3. I won't share the source code, so please don't ask.

Version 1.091:

1. Expiration date removed.

Version 1.09:

1. Disables any order checks when trading is disabled (stops unnecessary messages being output to the log).
2. Added new minimum range filter.

Version 1.08:

1. Enforcement of maximum and minimum broker lot sizes.
   While this should happen all the time, there seems to be a bug that bypasses this check.
2. Added new "Indicator" mode.
   The EA can be run in two modes:
   EA: It works as originally intended.
   Indicator: It does not open or manage orders, it just draws lines and boxes.
3. Expose the object prefix as a parameter.
   Items on the chart are prefixed with a value that makes them unique to the EA. In rare cases where the EA conflicts with another indicator, this setting can be changed.
4. Adds a week range to the display.
5. Allows modification of maximum weekly trading volume.
   The default value is "1" but can be changed to any value you want. I recommend you leave it at 1.

Version 1.071:

1. Fixed a bug in launch calculations for first weeks range.
2. Increased the maximum number of weeks for drawing boxes and guides to 200 weeks.
3. Added check for automatic trading button not activated.
4. The information panel now displays some parameters that were previously missed.

Version 1.07:

1. Fixed trailing stop error when two orders for the same currency pair are active.
2. Added BE and TS trigger guide.
3. Added option to display boxes and guides for up to 4 weeks.
4. Added option to close all trades at the end of the trading period.
5. If the trading session is set to Monday or Tuesday, the range calculation will be adjusted to end one hour before trading begins.

Version 1.062:

1. Fixed bug in TradingHours function.
2. 2 trades are allowed on the same currency pair, but only 1 trade is allowed this week.
3. Improved efficiency when running in the tester.
4. Information panel debugging adjustments.
