Trading "System" when ALL Markets Close
This "system" is half-assed and lacks additional information.
Sorry to take up your time.
Update 12.10.2017
I wanted to share some of my findings and some information gathered from the good people at FF and will be writing the "system" again.
- We trade "peak reversals" (mentioned as jumps in other posts)
- 1 minute TF
- Trading hours 21:00 - 22:00 GMT (17:00 - 18:00 EST) I am GMT +3, so from now on I will mention all times GMT +3, which is 00:00 - 01:00.
- Spreads are wide between these times and slippage usually occurs, but trading is possible. Any pair will do, but I prefer the majors with a good spread. Typically EURUSD and USDJPY.
- Sometimes there are quick spikes and you can trade with the maximum lot size allowed on your account in the opposite situation of the spike. You trade reversals.
- Assuming the price "increases" by 5-6 pips, you enter a sell trade and profit spike length - spread - commission.
- Typically you would choose 2-3 points, but 90% of the time the peak will reverse. The profit potential is so great with the maximum lot size.
- DD is fairly small as not much has changed during that time and prices are generally within a range.
More on the spikes... This is scalping by banks, institutions and big players. They cause these spikes. And take profit when the peak reverses.
But I still can't find what the critical levels of these spikes are and the range they move to. Typically, I only trade +4-5 pip spikes when spreads are good.
It may need to do something with the CFDs that start after-hours trading at 23:15. Maybe the low volume peak will reverse, or it must have something to do with correlation.
***None of the forex indicators I tried worked. Rsi sto moving average vwap Fibonacci pivot points and more. There is nothing that can make the price show the lines or information given by any indicator.
I don't have access to the person who showed me the system. That's all I found.
Trying to provide all the information I have. Maybe I'll think of adding more. Remember, I'm not trying to teach anything. Just provide the information and try to reverse engineer. My brain can't figure this out on its own btw, I still trade. But not now because I need the money in my account. But will continue for a short time. So it seemed like a good opportunity to do more searching.
wish everything goes well
