One Hour Sniper (OHS) - MT4/MT5 Resources

We are all here to generate ideas. Newly edited on March 1, 2019.
This is not my creation. This may be my key! !
Due to work I trade 1 hour, 4 hour and daily trades. This applies to all TF.
I trade many pairs. Beware of spreads (it's the cost of doing business). The purpose of this strategy is not only to capture reversals, but also the continuation of the trend.
The biggest risk is your argument, not mine! (We are all going for the max here) My personal highs are 3% daily, 1% for any 1 trade...0.5% for regular divergence trades.
I use Heiken Ashi candles combined with stochastics (set to 8, 3, 3), with 80 for overbought and 20 for oversold. (Close/Close) (Expiration). Humans are visual creatures, hence the HA candle. HA is easier on the eyes. When drawing candle charts, don't forget to switch from candlestick charts to line charts.
I recently added 5 EMA (3 transitions) to show trend direction and momentum.
There are far more winners than losers.
I like the way the TDI responds to the PA. When I go after levels 32 and 68, I'll consider reversals. TC is also considered based on where the price is in the wave. If I were trading TDI, I would wait for the thick line to cross completely.
My biggest success has been using indicators to discover HD.
This journey started with the post “Trading Made Simple”. This is a very popular topic. I tried using stochastic indicator instead of TDI. On many of these trades, a simple trendline breakout can net most traders a decent profit. Alas, edit... My alternative to the TDI indicator is the RSI (14)/14 EMA in the same window. Most of my transactions are now in HD. Same as TC or trend continuation trading. I am now waiting for a full crossover on the stochastic.
What I'm trying to say is that if you're good at hiding divergences, ideas will come to your ears.
Stochastic 8, 3, 3 are used to indicate divergence and trend direction.
RSI/EMA (14) combined in its own window.
Please note that when Stochastic extends to 80 or 20, it does not mean that the price will reverse, it may continue without reversing.
This post was edited on August 13, 2017 Management - You can set a 1:1 take profit, I often use fractals as my trailing stop. Additionally, traders can take half of the risk (R) out of the market at a 1:1 ratio, let the rest run, and trail the "runners" by setting stops at or near the fractals (highs and lows).
This will help. This can be used with any TF. I don't remember, and there has never been a continuous loss. I don't often go the low TF route.
I've added a price chart with trend lines. Green vertical lines are entries. It is very important that the chart shows hidden divergence (HD) and not reversal trades.
Always use SL. If you are new to trading, go to Babypips and test yourself every year. Study the pyramids and divisions there. Learn MTF while you're there. I've done it, and so have most of the traders who read this.
I start with the daily chart, then the 4 hour chart. When I'm bored, it's 1H. You can trade any TF.
I look for changes in the color of the current candle to identify reversals. This post has enough labeled charts to understand what I'm looking at and looking for. If you are looking to do a lot of day trading in your trading, you can find it in this strategy. For best results, trade 1H or longer.
I rarely strive for a 1:1 deal. I rarely use TP. I believe in making all transactions work.
Good questions to start your list include. What is my balance? How much risk am I willing to take today? Have I mapped at least 4 SR areas? I'm still ____ points away from parity. Gaining experience leads to incredible decisions that ultimately lead you to better trading.
Enjoy, Renofice
