Scalping EA's buy signals can be better

FF This is my first real post, so please tell me if I'm wrong, thanks.

Hey I have this little scalper but I'm sure it can be tweaked better to make it a little safer
Based on fractal channels EA thinks this will help
1.ma filter (optional to turn off)
Consider the 55 Smoothed Moving Average and only trade buy signals when above the moving average and vice versa
2. The news filter is turned off 30 minutes before and after the news, (optional to turn off)

and any other suggestions people may have

I'll add all the files so everyone can test and hopefully we can come up with something

The first 3 files are included with ea and I will add the forex factory news information and pictures of its appearance.
