Here is a great scalping method
Hi everyone, here is a great way to scalp EURUSD. Easy to use. There are not many indicators, just two moving averages - 21EMA and 100EMA.
Here's how I trade this strategy.
When the moving averages cross, you place a trade. Buy when the 21EMA crosses the 100EMA from the bottom up. Sell when the 21EMA crosses the 100EMA from the bottom down. Moving average crossovers have been used for many years. The way I make money is that when I lose on one trade, I try to break even on the next trade so that my losses are covered. Then try to make some profit again on the third trade. If the market moves 8 to 10 points in my direction, I close the position and take a profit.
I use a moving average crossover on an ea and it's very simple to use (attached). This EA leads me to trade on moving average crossovers. Once I'm in, I watch my trades.
The hardest part for me is making the decision whether to trade or not. I asked ea to do this for me.
The settings I used on this EA are attached as images.
The template is also attached. I use it on 1 minute charts and it works great. I mainly use it for Asia/London conferences as well as London conferences.
If you backtest this EA, it may not give good results, but remember, you are using the EA to allow you to continue trading. You have to watch your trades and get 8 to 10 pips on each trade, sometimes even 20 pips, sometimes only 5 pips, it all depends on the market conditions and the trading session.
In EA, please select the lot size based on your account balance.
If you do not close your position manually, this EA will always keep you trading. Positions are canceled and reopened at each cross.
Use it in demos before going live to get used to this strategy.
Since this is a 1 minute period, you will be making a lot of trades throughout the day.
