High Flying Trading (HFT) Method
Dear friends,
My only rule for being a part of this post is that you must treat others with respect and kindness. This means not putting others down. Say only constructive things is the motto of this topic.
I would like to share a very profitable and easy way to trade with you.
My name is Mike and I have been trading currencies for over 10 years. I made a lot of mistakes during that time and learned from them (you can still see some of my old threads here, all of which I consider mistakes that I learned from). I also discovered how to trade successfully, learning from many of you along the way. Therefore, I created this post not only to share my trading methods, but also to help you avoid the mistakes I made and shorten your educational path to profitability. I also hope to continue to learn from others and we all interact together.
I am an airline pilot serving as captain of a Boeing 787 Dreamliner. In my 35 years of flying, I have learned that to be a good pilot we need to master the basics. Our main rules are: fly, navigate, communicate. This means that we must always aviate the aircraft and never allow ourselves to deviate from this cardinal rule. Second, we want to know our route and stay on it (navigation) in order to avoid terrain and other aircraft. Finally, we must stay in touch (communicate) with air traffic control in order to follow their instructions and get their help when needed. These are the basics and we fliers practice them every time we fly.
Trading is like flying. There are some basic rules that must be learned and applied. My goal is to share these rules and encourage us all to do it right by applying them every time we trade. We want to successfully reach our destination, and doing so requires us to master the basics and not violate trade laws.
The risk/reward ratio of my trading approach is literally 1 to hundreds, sometimes less, sometimes more. It consistently pulls out 500-1000 or more pips from a 100 pip move, all with very little risk. How is this possible? One of its rules is Goofy Trade, and I'll give you an explanation of this rule and teach the others as we go along.
In this industry, just like flying, knowledge is power. In order to become successful traders, we must constantly think, learn, and grow. We must learn from our mistakes and learn from our successes. Thinking of the need to earn a trade doctorate requires a lot of time and effort in order to be successful. Commit to diligent study, learn carefully from your mistakes, and continue to develop yourself in various fields.
My trading approach is simple, very simple. Only one indicator. It can be traded on any time frame using any moving and trending instrument. It can be traded during Frankfurt and London, New York and Asian time periods. Although you will find it very simple, trading is an art that can only be mastered with a lot of effort and time. If you're willing to put in some effort to learn and share what you learn along the way, then come learn with me.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the flight.
