London Open Strategy | Foreign Exchange EA Download- MT4/MT5 Resources
Hi traders,
If possible I would like to share, test and develop a very simple strategy.
I set up a demo account with 3000 euros to test the idea starting on Monday and I would like to post the results in this thread at the end of the trading week for general discussion and possible improvements.
All levels of trading ability are welcome, let's keep it friendly.
Currently I will only trade the EURUSD 5 minute chart.
My chart is set up like this, a 15 period exponential moving average and i-ParamonWorkTime, (just look closely and you'll find it)
The EMA is available for trading, iPWT displays a 15-minute warning (gray area), which ends at the London opening time, whether to trade at this time:
This is when the transaction starts:
This was last Friday's deal and can't believe how perfect it is...maybe fate is smiling.
All kidding aside, I wish there were some diagrams here that explain better than text the strategies I'll be testing and the different types of Opens we can expect.
Thank you for reading.
EDIT: Here is the London Open v1 template as of July 29, 2014:
