Genesis-Trading xaphods indicators KISS (Genesis-Trading xaphods indicators KISS)
I'm going to start my own thread because I don't want to burden any thread starters with other metrics that I'm no longer using. I won't explain why I don't use these indicators, just to give you a framework approach that can improve your own trading style. No need for Stochastic, Moving Average, Macd and any other indicator. Dash and tape are where I started and tried using other systems and honestly the difficulty was with myself as to why I could barely make a profit. Keep it simple and don't overcomplicate things.
I have to thank Xaphod and RJ for helping me develop a system that can be customized to your own trading style. Xaphod provides the tools, but along the way we still need a thread to bring them together. Your questions, comments and ideas are always welcome here.
These indicators can be found on the additional Genesis Indicators thread developed by Xaphod. First, I set an alert when all six columns align with the same color, at which point I determine if I want to place a trade. Risk reward is very important. Remember, trends are always your friend. Pay attention to RN, supply and demand zones, and pivots. Along the way I will be posting examples of my own trades.

Any technical questions can and will be asked on the xaphods thread. I'm not a developer, just a trader like you.
Update: When placing a dash on a selected pair, make sure to enter the pair symbol in the input tab. I'm getting an error message that it doesn't update properly and the alerts also turn on after customizing the time range. Alert set 1 will be 11111 and alert set 2 will be 111111.
A stronger signal is when all timeframes up to daily have the same color. When the duration is consistent for up to 4 hours, the effect is not as strong.
